The dissertation is devoted to the construction of amodelandmethod of choosing a software project management approach based on vagueideas,thedevelopment of architecture, analytical hardware and software tools for theoperationofan information platform for choosing and structuring an approachtoprojectmanagement. Today, information technologies are experiencing a rapid phase of developmentunder conditions of economic crisis, especially in the fields of research, education,industry, etc. The key resources of modern organizations are human resources, whichinclude a number of productive knowledge and various human abilities. Insomeareasofinformation development, there is a partial or complete loss of skills andcompetenciesacquired over the years. This affects the terms of implementation of current projectswithin the framework of contractual agreements. The realities of modern innovative social, educational and businessprocessesreveal not only the aging of production technologies, but also the passive participationofenterprises in the implementation of these plans. Today, there are manysystemsthatsolve tasks that do not require special human abilities to make management decisions.Traditional methods do not always provide the necessary target functionalityofthesoftware product, as well as the degree of complexity of the modeledproject, thisdetermines the need for a professional level of programmer, taking intoaccountthehuman factor in the choice of technical means, which can lead to errors inmodeling,planning, execution, monitoring and, in turn, to an increase in time and material costs.
