Essay

The dissertation is devoted to clarify the essence of Ukraine’s European integration strategy and study its constitutional and legal framework. Achieving this goal was made possible by studying the history of Ukraine-European Union relations, along with studying the history of the European Union and the experience of countries that have successfully overcome the path of accession to the European Union. In the course of the research a comparative legal analysis of the regulation of the European integration strategy of the EU candidate countries and normative regulation of the relations of the member states with the European Union was carried out; the research methodology was revealed.
