Filoretova M. Peaceful assembly as an object of administrative courts protection

Current PhD thesis addresses the issues on: realization of the right to peaceful assembly as the object of administrative courts protection, grounds of lawful and unlawful restrictions, spontaneous peaceful assembly, parties involved in such legal relationships, peculiarities of administrative proceedings and specifics of court decisions in the relevant cases. Based on the use of both general and special methods of scientific knowledge, problems in the sphere of peaceful assembly were identified by the author; specifically, the elaboration of afore cited methodological techniques in their systemic interrelation and interdependence, allowed the author to consider the actual state of relevant national practice and develop proposals for its improvement. The thesis research examines the basic concepts in the field of realization of the right to peaceful assembly: peaceful assembly, meeting, political rally, demonstration, lawful restrictions of peaceful assembly, spontaneous peaceful assembly, administrative proceedings in cases on the exercise of the right to peaceful assembly, the judgment on the exercise of the right to peaceful assembly.
