Essay

Thesis is devoted to the development of scientifically substantiated directions of improvement of administrative and legal support of counteraction to illegal (unlawful) migration in Ukraine. Based on the study of scientific literature, regulations of both international and national legislation, the study of foreign practice of combating illegal (unlawful) migration, the state of scientific development of this problem is analyzed, the concept and content of illegal (unlawful) migration are characterized. The concepts and characteristics of illegal (unlawful) migration are defined. Illegal (unlawful) migration has been found to be subject to administrative law. The tasks of the subjects of counteraction to illegal (unlawful) migration are defined, namely preservation of functioning of the systems existing in the state, providing counteraction to such migration in Ukraine. The main aspects of administrative and legal regulation of combating illegal (unlawful) migration in Ukraine are formulated. It is emphasized that the legal act of management in the field of combating illegal migration is a by-law official unilateral decision of a legal-authoritative nature, adopted by the authorized entity within its competence in accordance with due process and aimed at the emergence, change or termination of administrative relations, implementation of tasks and management functions. The complexity and versatility of management activities determine its purpose, objectives and functions, which are implemented through legal acts of management, which differ from each other in direction, content, legal force and consequences caused by them.
