Essay

The object of the study is the professional preparation of future software engineers in the higher education institutions. The subject of the study is the scientific and methodological foundations of the formation of the readiness of future software engineers for testing in the terms of non-formal education. The purpose of the study: scientific substantiation of scientific and methodological foundations that ensure the success of training of future software for testing in the terms of non-formal education. The results of the study: for the first time, scientific and methodological foundations have been developed and tested to ensure the effectiveness of the formation of the readiness of future software engineers for testing in the terms of non-formal education: a structural and functional model of the educational process that ensures the integration and synchronization of informal and formal preparation at the target level, meaningful technological and efficient components; the author's course "Basics of Software Testing", focused on the formation of an indicative basis for further professional activities in software testing; the content and technology of organizing practical preparation on the basis of an IT company based on mentoring; development of non-technical skills through the introduction of trainings for the development of thinking and metacognitive skills, communication and organizational skills; clarified the content of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of professional preparation of future software engineers for testing in the terms of non-formal education; the organizational and methodological foundations of the professional preparation of future software engineers were improved by synchronizing and integrating the content (course, practice, mentoring, trainings) and the results of their studying (a sufficient level of professional readiness) in the context of non-formal education; the scientific and theoretical provisions on the essence of the professional readiness of future software engineers for software testing, stages, forms and methods of its formation in the system of non-formal education were further developed. Scope of use is introduced into the educational process of the higher educational institutions.
