Pakhol B. Socio-psychological factors of professional subjective well-being of the individual.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical substantiation and empirical study of social and psychological predictors and the factor structure of professional subjective well - being of representatives of various professions. The work carried out a theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific approaches to the definition of psychological and professional subjective well-being of the individual. On the basis of empirical research, the the mean level and connection with professional subjective well-being of various research indicators has been established, both in the sample as a whole and in various professional groups; revealed the factor structure and predictors of professional subjective well-being; predictors and other features of professional subjective well-being in various professional groups have been investigated; the differences between the groups with high and low levels of professional subjective well-being were revealed, and the features of the factor structure and predictors of their professional subjective well-being were also clarified.
