Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of professional training of masters in Physics in the higher education system of the Republic of Poland. The purpose of the study is to analyze the experience of professional training of masters in Physics in the higher education system of the Republic of Poland and to outline the possibilities of using progressive ideas and experience of Poland in the context of higher education in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the following reasons: – the process of professional training of masters in physics in the system of higher education of the Republic of Poland was systematically studied for the first time (theoretical, organizational and pedagogical principles of professional training of masters in physics, prospects of using the Polish experience in Ukraine); the historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation of the system of professional training of masters in physics in the system of higher education of the Republic of Poland is carried out and the historical periods of formation of this system are singled out (I period (XIII century – 1773) – early formation of physical education in Poland; II period (1773 – 1795) – laying the foundations of the Polish higher education system; III period (1795 – 1918) – instability and changing government policy on the Polish higher education system; IV period (1918 – 1939) – the flourishing of the Polish higher education system; V period (1939 – 1945) – the suspension of educational activities in Poland, associated with the occupation of the Republic of Poland during World War II; VI period (1945 – 1990) – the isolation of higher education in Poland from world European development; VII period (1990 – 2020) – European integration of the higher education system of the Republic of Poland); the model of formation of readiness of masters in physics for professional activity in the system of higher education of the Republic of Poland is covered, covering target, motivational, semantic, operational-activity, control-regulating, evaluation-effective components; a comparative pedagogical analysis of the process of training masters in physics in Ukraine and Poland was carried out at the theoretical level (higher education system; types of educational institutions that train masters in physics, specialties which are used for training masters in physics, the purpose of training masters in physics, features of the introductory campaign); semantic (types, scope and content of educational programs of professional training of masters in physics, the correlation between types of training); organizational (duration of training, schedule of educational process; forms and methods of organization of professional training of masters in physics, assessment of students' learning outcomes, employment of future specialists in physics); didactic possibilities of using the positive Polish experience of professional training of masters in physics in the system of higher education of Ukraine are defined and they are aimed at increasing the level of readiness for professional activity (including motivational, cognitive and reflexive components); – the content of the concepts «professional training», «readiness of masters in physics for professional activity», «master», «professional training of masters in physics» is specified; the peculiarities of the system of higher education of the Republic of Poland, forms, methods and technologies of professional training of masters in physics in the higher education institutions of Poland are specified, theoretically substantiated and concretized; – the complex use of traditional and innovative forms, methods and technologies of the Polish experience of professional training of masters in physics in the university practice of Ukraine has been further developed.
