Essay

The purpose of communicative competence is information exchange, which leads to interactive and perceptive interaction. Establishing the contact with an individual (or a group of individuals) and establishing the feedback are essential to achieving mutual understanding. Such competence can be formed independently upon the availability of one’s will and owing to certain efforts. However, pre-higher education system should form a number of competencies of the potential specialist in certain branch, who would be competitive enough in a contemporary labour market. Achieving this goal is impossible without forming communicative competence. Acquisition of professional language skills is provided by the Branch standard of higher education of training at the first (bachelor) knowledge level 22 Health care specialty 223 Nursing according to the educational program "Nurse". Thus, the content of the training of nurses involves the acquisition by a future specialist of general competencies, among which is the ability to communicate in the state language both orally and in writing, to work in a team, to have the skills of interpersonal communication.
