Essay

The professional training of future bachelors in nursing is the research object. The research aim is as following: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions and the structural model of preparation of future nurses-bachelors for professional activity on a praxeological basis. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, questionnaires, surveys, conversations, pedagogical observation, methods of expert evaluation, testing, forecasting, pedagogical modeling, methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future nurses-bachelors for professional activity on praxeological bases are determined and theoretically substantiated and developed a structural model of formation of readiness of future nurses-bachelors for professional activity on praxeological bases, which has a block structure and consists of target, semantic, technological, activity, effective blocks. The possibilities of praxeology are specified and the potential of the praxeological approach in the formation of the readiness of bachelor nurses for professional activity during the study of the disciplines of humanitarian and socio-economic training and professional and practical training is investigated. Diagnostic tools for studying the state of readiness of future nurses-bachelors for professional activity on the basis of certain components (motivational-value, theoretical-cognitive, practical-conative, personal-reflexive), criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and analytical) are improved. indicators for creative, sufficient, reconstructive, reproductive levels. The essence of scientific definitions “professional training of future nurses-bachelors”, “readiness for professional activity” and “praxeological principles” is specified. Theoretical and practical bases of introduction of ideas of the praxeological approach in professional training of future nurses have received further development.
