Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of poetic-intonational features of early opera vocal art and its reflections in the musical modernity based on the material of the productions of the operas of the XVII-XX centuries. at the Odessa Opera House, including with the participation of the author of the study. For the first time in Ukrainian musicology, the theoretical idea of the genetic conditionality of opera and chamber singing art was introduced and tested by the salon and chamber genesis of opera from its beginnings in the liturgical drama. The concept of the opera-mystery of S. Landi as a Christian inter-confessional embodiment of mysterious projections into the opera-singing continuum of the play with the nomination of a cloying hero as being in line with the early Christian Orthodox establishment was also first stated and argued. Classification stylistic indicators of the analysis of the involvement in the Christian mysterious leakage of the works of H. Gluk, V. Gubarenko, S. Gulak-Artemovsky, F. Nadenenko, and H Purcell are elaborated. The idea of the specific decision making of the works of the named and other authors on the stage of the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theater as an embodiment of the baroque tendencies of the primacy of the visual series of the performance has been deepened.
