Mylashenko K. The role of self-actualization in the system of existential resources of personality in adults.

The dissertation presents a comprehensive analysis of the individual’s self-actualization phenomenon, theoretically substantiates the role of values, social and emotional intelligence as factors of self-actualization in adulthood. The results of a comparative study of self-actualization in groups of respondents who pay attention to self-actualization and receive a master's degree are presented; respondents with different level of self-actualization factors features are revealed; model "Self-actualization in the system of existential resources of adulthood "which describes the adult’s self-actualization factors system with the help of three blocks, defined according to the time perspective is substantiated; the role of peak experiences in the process of adult personality self-actualization is determined; a program for the adult personality self-actualization development has been developed, which has been tested and its effectiveness proved.
