The dissertation identifies systematic and effective methodological approaches to the study of the role of "open psychological crisis" and its significance in the formation of the current stage of psychological science in Ukraine. The applicant applied theoretical and methodological methods of scientific analysis of the period of "open psychological crisis" in psychological science, the chronological boundaries of which date back to the beginning of the XX century. The lack of consistent practice on recognition, the significant influence of political factors and differences in the doctrine of international law create the need for a detailed study of this phenomenon and the development of common approaches to it.
