Essay

The thesis deals with studying the issue of forming harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers. The essence and content characteristics of the basic research concepts "relationships", "interpersonal relationships", "harmony", "harmonious interpersonal relationships" are explained, on the basis of which the author defined the phenomenon as follows: "harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers" – is an integrated personal complex, which demonstrates the ability of youth to self-sufficient contact, expressed in the value, emotional and sensory attitude to oneself and others, finding spiritual and intellectual essence of the individual and following moral and ethical principles, norms of behavior in situations of interpersonal interaction. The structure of harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers is detalized, which is a complex unity consisting of four components, namely: motivational, cognitive, affective and interactive. The specifics of the process of forming harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers are described, a complex and multifaceted process, revealed through the prism of awareness of the educational potential at pedagogical institutions of higher education in forming harmoniously developed personality in general and harmonious interpersonal relationships of future professionals in particular, requires taking into account patterns and principles in its organization, formulation of the main cross-cutting goal, awareness of the role of management and academic staff (agents of change) and tasks, understanding the content of training, education and specific content produced by the structural components of harmonious interpersonal relationships (motivational, cognitive, affective, interactive), updating forms of organizing the educational process by selecting effective educational tools, means of educational influence on general culture, consciousness, spirituality and personal qualities of future primary school teachers. After thoroughly analysing the phenomenon under study as a dynamic integrative personal complex, the main criteria and their indicators are determined: motivational-value, spiritual-cognitive, emotional-volitional and behavioral-effective. It is proved that the dynamics of forming harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers will be shown in transforming levels (from low to high), which reflect positive changes in developing motivational-value, spiritual-cognitive, emotional-volitional and behavioral-value spheres of personality. A comprehensive diagnostics has been developed to identify the level of formed phenomenon according to each of the defined criteria and their relevant indicators, which includes standardized, those by the author and own development of diagnostic techniques. The structural-functional model of forming harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers is theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally checked. It is represented in the following blocks: the target block, the theoretical-methodological block , the content block, the organizational-effective block, the diagnostic-corrective block. The main ideas and thesis results can be used in the process of training future primary school teachers, in particular when planning and conducting various educational forms of classroom and extracurricular work, for the content of educational and practical publications. The thesis materials can serve as a basis for theoretical and experimental research in the field of theory and methodology of vocational education.
