Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical analysis and empirical study of the problem of personal factors of psychological readiness to change employees of the State Criminal - Executive Service of Ukraine in terms of its reform. It is shown that the source of modern reforms in the penitentiary system is the contradictions that arise between the dynamic changes in the socio-economic situation in the country and a certain conservatism of concepts, methods and technologies of criminal punishment, so the reform of the penitentiary system is primarily aimed at its bringing into line with social realities.
