Law enforcement is an environment in which mental burnout syndrome can occur and develop due to the significant impact of a range of stressful factors. It’s stated that most often law enforcement officers who experience the impact of negative emotions (both in the relationship in their team and in relation to loved ones, citizens, victims, criminals) and significant psychological overload associated with stress during law enforcement activities, have the risk of developing mental burnout. In this sense, the mental burnout of a law enforcement officer is a significant change in the personality and personality of a specialist in the course of their professional law enforcement activities.
