Essay

The thesis is devoted to substantiation of directions of expansion of theoretical positions and perfection of methodical approaches on management of efficiency of investments in acquisition and modernization of property objects of agribusiness. The theoretical and methodological bases of investment efficiency management are investigated, the review of investment tendencies and an estimation of methods of investment efficiency management in acquisition and modernization of property objects of agribusiness are carried out, the directions on their improvement are offered.
