Bykova T. Professional training masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning

The dissertation suggests the new solution of the scientific problem, which consists in the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of professional training masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning. In the paper the pedagogical conditions for training intending masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning, which enhance the systematic introducing blended learning to ensure positive dynamics of quality training intending masters of industrial education were identified, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; the structural-functional model of training intending masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning containing three interconnected blocks (target, organizational-methodical, assessing-results), and factors of influence was designed; the technique of realizing the pedagogical conditions of training intending masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning was developed; the criteria of quality of professional training (satisfaction with professional training and efficiency of professional training), corresponding indicators, statistical values and levels of quality of training intending masters of industrial education in sewing were defined; the content of the concepts “training”, “pedagogical conditions of training”, “blended learning”; “professional training intending masters of industrial education in sewing with applying blended learning” was specified; organizational and methodical support of the process of professional training intending masters of industrial education in sewing was improved; methods of professional training masters of industrial education in sewing were further developed.
