Essay

The dissertation deals with the new solving of actual scientific task concerning forming the future professional training teachers’ readiness to innovative activity in agriculture. In the theses pedagogical conditions of forming the future professional training teacher’s readiness to innovative activity in agriculture were identified, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; structural and functional model of forming future professional training teachers’ readiness to innovative activity in agriculture was developed, which contains three interconnected blocks (methodological-target, content-activity, evaluation-resultful) and reflects the structure of pedagogical process by reflecting its main elements and interrelation; criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and control-evaluative), indicators and levels (sufficient, medium, low) of forming the future professional training teacher’s readiness to innovative activity in agriculture were defined; the content of the concepts «innovative activity of professional training teacher of agricultural profile», «innovative activity in agriculture», «professional training teacher readiness to innovative activity in agriculture» was specified; the content of professional training of future teachers of professional training was improved; theoretical issues of future teachers of professional training in terms of implementing a competency-based was further developed.
