Shi S. National Training Centers in the System of Professional Tennis Players' Training

In the special literature it is proved that there is no systematic knowledge about the management and organization of training centers for professional tennis players. It is shown that further improvement of the system of training highly qualified athletes, as well as the development of tennis in the world and China involves the development of an integrated approach and defining the key principles of the centers, taking into account legal, socio-economic, scientific and methodological aspects. The model of tennis development in China provides for three components: methodological basis - scientific and methodological principles of sports development, regulation of public, public administration and private structures; support system - the formation of legal framework that stimulates the development of infrastructure, expansion of geography, the creation of a marketing system, integration into the international system of competition, taking into account the fundamental role of China in it through prestigious Small Ball Sports Management Center into the Shandong Small Ball Sports Federation.
