Essay

The dissertation research is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of training sessions with young primary school children in a swimming sports club by implementing appropriate organizational and methodological approaches to the training process. The research goal is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of organizational and methodological approaches to structuring training sessions with young primary school children in a swimming sports club. Research Object: The educational-training process of young primary school children in a swimming sports club. Research Methods: Theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific-methodical literature and information from the Internet, analysis of documentary materials, pedagogical, sociological, anthropometric, physiological methods, mathematical statistical methods. Scientific Novelty: For the first time, a structure for the model of training young swimmers is proposed, with its main principles being adherence to the stages of its implementation and an algorithm for the sequence of solving training tasks. The proposed model consists of theoretical-methodical, target, program-methodical, and diagnostic blocks. For the first time, criteria for the effectiveness of the educational-training process of young primary school children in a swimming sports club are proposed. The necessary components include studying the dynamics of children's physical condition, their level of swimming readiness, and supplementing the control system for the effectiveness of the educational-training process with elements of self-control of the swimming coach's professional competence. The results of the work determine the effectiveness of the club's organizational form for swimming sessions with young primary school children; models for organizing swimming training sessions have been developed. Additionally, an empirical verification of the effectiveness of organizational and methodological approaches to structuring training sessions for young primary school children in a swimming sports club has been conducted to improve their physical condition and swimming readiness.
