Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the optimization of the training process of female athletes in the cheerdance and jazz team discipline by determining the peculiarities of training in cheerleading, tests and indicators that allow monitoring their condition during training and competitive activities. The development of the physical training program, model characteristics of preparedness, taking into account the specifics of team work and the complexity of the competitive composition, was carried out. In the process of training sportsmen and cheerleaders, a wide arsenal of motor skills is formed, which differ in coordination accuracy and complexity. Another distinctive feature of this sport is the development of strength capabilities in all their most important manifestations: dynamic, static and explosive strength, speed-power endurance. Cheerleading organically combines spectacular, highly complex elements and shows, contains coordinated complex and intense movements that include elements of acrobatics, sports and artistic gymnastics, sports dances. The complex construction of a competitive composition requires programming of training sessions and modeling of the athletes' preparedness throughout the year. Unfortunately, the formed system of knowledge on managing the training of athletes in cheerleading, prioritizing the development of physical qualities, bringing athletes to the peak of readiness for the main competitions is not enough at the current stage of the development of sports science. The purpose of the research is to develop a program of physical training of qualified cheerleading athletes to optimize the training process with an emphasis on the development of strength qualities and model characteristics of physical fitness in the cheerdance and jazz team discipline, taking into account the specifics of competitive activity. Objectives of the study. 1. Identify modern views on the specifics of competitive activity and physical training of athletes, modeling in complex coordination sports and cheerleading based on literature, the Internet, and practical experience. 2. To analyze the competitive activity of qualified sportswomen specializing in cheerleading in various disciplines and to determine the technical arsenal of actions, leading physical qualities and their components. 3. To substantiate the approach to modeling and develop model characteristics of physical fitness of female athletes in the discipline of dance jazz team, taking into account the specifics of competitive activity. 4. To develop a program of classes on physical training of female athletes in the discipline of dance-jazz team and check its effectiveness. The object of the study: competitive activity and physical training of sportswomen in the disciplines of cheerleading. The subject of the study: the program of training sessions and model characteristics of the physical fitness of female athletes in the discipline of dance jazz team. To solve the tasks and obtain objective data, the following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature and data from the Internet; poll; analysis of normative documents, protocols of competitive activity, data of athletes, video analysis; pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment and testing of sportswomen; modeling method; method of expert evaluations; methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty of the work was that for the first time: — the approach to modeling was substantiated and model characteristics of physical, technical, choreographic and acrobatic preparation of female athletes in the discipline of dance jazz team were developed, taking into account the specifics of the competitive activity of the sport; — the significance of the types of training, the characteristic features of the physical fitness of female athletes in the team discipline cherdansjazz team are determined. — technical actions and elements of performance skills and choreography demonstrated by female athletes in competitive cheerleading are systematized; — the effectiveness of training classes for physical training of female athletes in the discipline of team dance and jazz was developed and determined based on the use of elements of sports acrobatics, choreography and taking into account their interaction in the team and individual characteristics; — data on competitive activities in various disciplines of cheerleading and in the discipline of team dance and jazz, features of training in complex coordination sports were studied and supplemented; — received further development of data on modeling the readiness of athletes in complex coordination sports and cheerleading; — the importance of strength training in cheerleading team disciplines was confirmed. It was determined that in complex coordination sports, competitive activity is determined by rules and contains special exercises.
