Essay

The object of research is the professional training of future reserve officers in higher education institutions. The subject of the research is the formation of readiness for professional activity of future reserve officers in higher education institutions. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions and the model of professional training of future reserve officers in higher education institutions. Research methods: analysis, systematization, generalization, classification, modeling, questionnaires, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Based on the systematic analysis of scientific papers on the research topic, the content of the main concepts of the study has been clarified: «professional training of the future reserve officers», «pedagogical conditions of professional training of the future reserve officers in higher education» and «readiness of the future reserve officers to carry out professional activity» has been improved; the structure of readiness of the future reserve officers for professional activity has been improved. For the first time the model of professional training of the future reserve officers in higher education institutions has been developed and scientifically substantiated, which is described with the help of target, theoretical-methodological, semantic, procedural, result-final subsystems. We defined, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of professional training of the future reserve officers in higher education institutions based on the introduction of methods of organization of competence-oriented mentoring in military training of the future reserve officers and the course «Military Science and Leadership» in the section «Organization and Methods with Personnel in Military Units» of the educational program «Military Training of Reserve Officers»; theoretically substantiated the structure of readiness of the future reserve officers to carry out professional activities, the initial components of which were: motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional and personality-oriented; criteria (motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, personality-oriented), indicators of (average harmonic values of Subcontrary H) and levels of readiness (high, medium, low) of the future reserve officers for professional activity have been determined. The formation of the readiness of the future reserve officers to carry out professional activities on the basis of the developed program complex MSGDSK-2020 has been experimentally tested. Provisions on the use of the potential of competency-oriented mentoring in the training of the future reserve officers in higher education institutions have been further developed.
