Essay

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of philosophy in the field of knowledge «12. Information Technologies ”in the specialty 122.“ Computer Science ”Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation is a complex research on development, analysis and application of information technology of formation of the schedule of employment based on models of business processes in ZVO. Particular attention paid to the management of information flows in the process of information management system ZVO, allows ZVO to optimize the mechanism of organization of all educational units (departments) and applicants for educational services to the schedule of educational process. Competitiveness and efficiency of higher education institutions in modern conditions directly depends on ensuring the quality of management decisions made by its senior management, which in turn are determined by how well organized the flow of information both within the freelance and external environment. Solving the problem of rational organization of the schedule of the educational process of information flows is impossible without creating an effective information and management system, which should provide a continuous process of collecting, processing, transmitting and storing information needed to make management decisions to ensure quality educational services in educational curricula. The information base of the research was normative materials, scientific works of modern domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners, performance indicators of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, research materials on questionnaires of applicants for educational services (ZOP) and the results of own business processes.7 The object of the study is the information flows of business processes of ZVO in the set of inputs, outputs and the relationship of ZVO and ZOP. The subject of the research is the information technology of information flow management scheduling for a higher education institution. The set of research methods and approaches is used in the work, which allowed to analyze the existing computerized information systems and technologies of business process management of free economic zones, the advantages and limitations of applying the analyzed mathematical models of information control systems and technologies are highlighted. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The following scientific results are obtained in the dissertation. For the first time: − the conceptual model of information technology of formation of the schedule of employment in ZVO is developed; − the model of the information-control system of formation of the schedule of employment for ZVO which is endowed with cognitive characteristics and can be applied as a component of the integrated automated control system of ZVO is offered; − multiple models of structuring the processes of ensuring the stable activity of free economic zones for the provision of educational services through the use of the developed system "Schedule" have been developed; − multiple methods of functioning of information flows of formation of the schedule of applicants of educational services taking into account inquiries of educational components of the educational and professional program of a specialty are offered. Improved the method of analysis of the management system of logistics ZVO based on the model of using subtimal algorithms of Bayesian processes and neural networks to predict the activities of ZVO, which in contrast to existing methods, reflects the results of the study in the form of visual results leading to improved efficiency ZVO .8 The modeling of the dynamics of perspective formation of the IT schedule of applicants for educational services in the Free Economic Zone has been further developed.
