Essay

The relevance of the research topic is the need to train a new generation of competent teachers of physical training who have mastered interactive learning, its interactive forms, methods, techniques, tools. It requires interactive competence development for future teachers of physical education. The expediency of the thesis is determined by the need to overcome the contradictions that exist in the research field: between the establishment of a competency-based approach in education, the objective society needs of competent teachers and the lack of interactive competence of physical training future teachers; between the need to develop interactive competence for future teachers of physical training and the underestimation of the role of interactive activities in the learning process, the uncertainty of pedagogical conditions for this competence development; between the need to develop interactive competence for future teachers of physical training and the insufficient development of theoretical and methodological foundations for this process. The thesis reveals the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions on the level of interactive competence development for future teachers of physical training in the learning process. The content of basic research concepts, methodological approaches for interactive competence development for future teachers of physical training are revealed in the work. The essence, components of interactive competence for future teachers of physical training are defined. The criteria and indicators of the levels of interactive competence development for future teachers of physical training are specified too. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is that: for the first time the pedagogical conditions of interactive competence development for future teachers of physical training are scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested in the learning process of higher education institutions: interactive environment development in conditions of blended learning of physical training future teachers; the use of interactive methods, forms, means, techniques for teaching the humanities and professional disciplines. And for the first time the essence of the concept "interactive competence of physical training future teachers" is defined as an integral quality of a person that is represented in the ability to interact, communicate interpersonally, cooperate and intensify the interaction.
