Essay

Object – creativity of future primary teachers; goal – to identify regulatory factors and develop a system of means for developing the creativity of the personality of future primary teachers in the course of educational activities; novelty – regulatory predictors of the creativity of the personality of future primary school teachers have been identified for the first time, among which the leading ones are implicit theories of creativity, artistic-aesthetic needs and motivation to master the profession; the dynamics and structure of the creativity of the personality of future primary teachers in the process of higher education have been identified for the first time; understanding of the personality creativity typology at the student age has been increased by establishing its profiles among future primary teachers at various stages of training; understanding of the possibilities of psychological support for the development of personality creativity in student age has been increased to optimize their further professional adaptation; understanding of regulatory correlations of the creativity of the primary teacher's personality has been increased, among which the most significant are the links with self-esteem of creativity, emotionality, strong-willed qualities of preparedness for risk and perseverance, and the actualization of social needs; a system of knowledge about the psychological means of developing the creativity of the personality of the future primary teacher has been further developed; results – a program for the development of personality creativity in student age has been developed and tested to optimize their further professional adaptation. The results can be used in higher education institutions in creating conditions for the effective development of the creativity of future primary teachers in the course of educational activities, as well as in solving the problem of self-realization of future teachers, improving their professional adaptation, personal and professional development. The results of the dissertation study have been introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions of Ukraine; area – psychology.
