Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the processes taking place in the branches, in housing and communal services, the basic tendencies of modern modernization of the branch are revealed and generalized. The dissertation reveals and deepens the content of new and existing theoretical and methodological principles of regional public management of the industry. The dissertation research allowed to solve the scientific problem in a complex way. As a result, the relevant scientifically substantiated theoretical provisions have been formulated, and a number of proposals have been developed to improve the legislation.
