The thesis investigates the theoretical and practical principles of developing a complex of decision support systems based on machine learning methods to ensure the efficiency of the company’s operational, investment, and strategic activities in the grocery retail market, which is influenced by transformational processes and the development of e-commerce. The work’s practical value lies in the built complex of decision support systems based on machine learning methods, ensuring the growth of efficiency of operational processes, financial results, and optimization of the company’s strategic activities. The recommendations provided for the use of the complex of decision support systems can be implemented to reduce operating costs and improve the quality of service, maximize profit margin metrics, and increase the weighted level of the internal rate of return on the company’s investment cash flow in the grocery retail market. The Ukrainian grocery retail market has undergone significant changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic and full-scale invasion. The increased volatility of market dynamics has increased the complexity of operational and strategic planning, accompanied by intense competition and changing consumer behavior paradigms influenced by the development of e-commerce. The use of decision support systems based on machine learning and artificial intelligence methods allows to increase the efficiency of processes and maintain control within the framework of complex changes in market behavior patterns.
