Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to solving the current scientific and practical task of substantiating an organizational-economic mechanism for managing the business behavior of IT sector enterprises. The author has investigated the theoretical-methodological foundations of business behavior of IT sector enterprises under martial law, conducted an analysis of the peculiarities of managing business behavior of IT sector enterprises, and developed recommendations for improving the management of business behavior of IT sector enterprises under martial law. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the deepening of theoretical knowledge and the development of practical recommendations for improving the principles and mechanisms of managing the business behavior of IT sector enterprises under martial law. Specifically, for the first time, a modular organizational-economic mechanism for managing the business behavior of IT sector enterprises has been substantiated, aiming to create a comprehensive, adaptive system that ensures the stability and development of enterprises under martial law and effectively reorients to recovery and expansion of activities in the post-war period; integrating key elements of initiative, defensive mechanisms, as well as mechanisms for support and improvement, providing a comprehensive approach to management that considers the specificity and challenges faced by IT sector enterprises as a result of functioning under martial law. In Chapter 1 "Theoretical-Methodological Foundations of Business Behavior of IT Sector Enterprises Under Martial Law," the conceptual foundations of business behavior of enterprises in contemporary conditions are explored, a structural-functional analysis of the concept "business behavior of IT sector enterprises" is conducted, and the content of the methodology for managing business behavior of information technology sector enterprises under martial law is elucidated. In Chapter 2 «Analysis of the Peculiarities of Managing the Business Behavior of IT Sector Enterprises Under Martial Law,» the current state and dynamics of the IT sector's development in the global economy and the role of industry enterprises in Ukraine's economy are examined. An analysis of the management peculiarities of IT sector enterprises is conducted with respect to the typology of their business behavior, and the impact of martial law on the transformation of business behavior models is characterized. In Chapter 3 «Recommendations for Improving the Management of Business Behavior of IT Sector Enterprises Under Martial Law,» strategic principles for managing the business behavior of IT sector enterprises under martial law are substantiated. A system of measures to minimize risks associated with changes in business behavior of IT enterprises during and post-war has been developed, along with the rationale for an organizational-economic mechanism to manage business behavior of IT enterprises.
