In the dissertation, we solved an important scientific and practical problem of establishing theoretical and methodical bases and applied recommendations concerning the stimulation of industrial and technological development of the national economy on the basis of marketing for the purpose of ensuring economic security of the state.
In the first section «Theoretical and methodological principles of marketing support of industrial and technological development of the national economy in the system of economic security of the state», the theoretical basis of studying the relationship between industrial and technological development of the national economy and economic security was formed. The conceptual preconditions of the industrial marketing formation and its influence on technological development of the national economy were found. The scientific and methodical tools of an integral assessment of industrial and technological development in the system of economic security on the basis of marketing were generalized.
Based on the author's concept in the context of implementing a modern industrial policy of the state, it was concluded that the conceptual foundations of formulating the state policy on industrial and technological development of the national economy in the system of economic security need special attention. This approach helped to actualize the need for marketing support of industrial and technological development, and to identify some functional and structural components of marketing support of industrial and technological development, for example, investment, international, environmental, educational, scientific, industrial, innovative and technological components.
The theoretical and applied model of analysing marketing support of industrial and technological development was devised by means of selecting 40 key indicators of marketing support of industrial and technological development of the economy.
In the second section «Monitoring of marketing indicators of industrial and technological development of the national economy in the system of economic security of the state», we analysed the international, investment, educational, scientific and environmental components of marketing support of industrial and technological development in the system of economic security of the national economy of Ukraine. We also modelled the dependence of indicators of the innovative potential of industry and industrial and technological development of the national economy of Ukraine on the basis of marketing. The authorial approach to analysing the impact of innovation and technological activity of economic entities on ensuring industrial and technological development of the national economy was substantiated.
In the third section «Directions and means of improving marketing support of industrial and technological development of the national economy in the system of economic security of the state», the internal possibilities of marketing support of industrial and technological development in the system of economic security using the method of taxonomy were revealed. A method of multidimensional statistical analysis and forecasting of the interconnection between marketing indicators of industrial and technological development and the level of economic security of the state was devised. The strategic priorities of the state policy on stimulating industrial and technological development of the national economy on the basis of marketing in order to ensure economic security were substantiated.
Before applying a unified authorial methodology of multidimensional statistical analysis, modelling and forecasting of the impact of industrial and technological development processes on economic security, it was necessary to rank the factors of its change by density and direction of the impact, as well as group them by development criteria and identify both positive aspects and severe shortcomings of industrial development of the national economy.
The means of strategizing the state policy on ensuring industrial and technological development of the national economy were offered. On the basis of these means, an algorithm of implementing the state policy on economic growth was formed by defining the general purpose and operational purposes, a system of directions and functional strategies of marketing. Within the limits of the state policy, the necessary tools and means of state regulation of marketing support of industrial and technological development in the system of strengthening Ukraine’s economic security were suggested.
