The scientific work is devoted to the problem of the psychological state of women with reproductive disorders. The analysis of views on the reproductive sphere of women in psychological science made it possible to carry out a theoretical study of their mental state as a basic component of the realization of motherhood. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, it was found that the problem under study is not sufficiently developed in the psychological and medical sciences, and the lack of systematic and practical developments causes a number of problems in the course of treatment and the course of gynecological diseases of women, unquestionably affects the state of their reproductive health. It has been reported that the destruction of the reproductive sphere of a woman is associated with the demographic situation in the country, as in the case of the country’s population.
The thesis presents a casual look at the nature of a woman's reproductive health and demonstrates the nutritional flexibility, which will direct scientific and practical interest on the international and sovereign level. It is shown that a woman's reproductive health directly depends not only on her general health from birth to venerable age, but also on a number of social, political, biological, economic, medical, psychological and educational factors. It was stated that in our country in today's conditions the greatest influence on the state of reproductive health have: deterioration of the general state of health; excess of the number of elderly people over the number of persons of childbearing age; refusing women of childbearing age pregnancy and childbirth, reducing their fertility; an increase in the frequency of sexual activity, sexually transmitted infections, ignorance and insufficient education of young people in sexual matters; gynecological pathologies in adolescent girls, an increase in the proportion of illegitimate children, complications of pregnancy and childbirth; an increase in the number of oncogy necological diseases and female and male infertility.
Differentiation of the concepts of "reproductive health" and "reproductive sphere" has been carried out. It was found that the reproductive sphere of a woman acts as the basis of the maternal dominant and is the trigger mechanism for the physiological and mental functions of the female body. In the course of revealing the psychological states of women with gynecological problems, their individual properties, psychoemotional state, the specifics of stress, motives, relationships that directly affect the diagnosed disease and the characteristics of its course were characterized. It was determined that the main psychological problems in women with reproductive disorders are: fear, shame, mood swings, irritability, stigmatization and discrimination, reduced energy potential, lack of awareness, negative consequences of rape and sexual violence, which negatively affect their health.
The classification of socio-psychological factors contributing to the violation of the reproductive sphere of women is carried out, namely: stress and adaptive potential of the woman's personality; personality traits and patterns of a woman; emotions and emotional reactions of the individual; cognitive personality traits; personal constructs of a woman; prevailing stereotypes of behavior; motives; social factors.
In the process of theoretical and experimental study of the problem, it was determined that the characteristic features of women with reproductive disorders are: character accentuations, overestimated anxiety, disorders of the psycho-emotional state, variability of mood and self-esteem, aggression and depressive manifestations, non-constructiveness of social relations, maladjustment of the personality in society, etcetera. The correlation between the psychoemotional state of women with gynecological diseases and manifestations of anxiety and their reproductive sphere has been proved.
The dissertation research highlights that the symptomatology of psychosomatic gynecological diseases is not always taken into account in practical work by specialists during treatment.
It has been proven that, in general, the treatment process largely depends on the psychological state of the patients. It is stated that a number of violations of a woman's reproductive sphere is a consequence of the manifestation at the bodily level of compensation for emotional reactions to actualize her natural instincts: motherhood, femininity and sexuality. There is an interconnection between psychosomatic illness and the emotional sphere of women, which originated in childhood, and in the process of growing up, they manifest themselves with greater force. It has been shown that infertility of a psychological nature in women is capable of performing a protective function in relation to any negative impact.
