Essay

In the dissertation, new approaches to solving the scientific problem were theoretically generalized and presented. It concerns the development of professional competence of teaching methodology experts of the professional (professional-vocational) education institutions while advanced training intercourse cycle. Philosophical, psychological, social, moral, and ethical aspects of the process of development of this competence are revealed. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time the technology of professional competence development of teaching methodology experts of the professional (vocational) education institutions is justified theoretically, developed, and verified experimentally, according to which the purposeful development enables a higher level of following competence and its implementation into the process of teaching methodology experts.
