Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem of formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors, which allowed to develop and experimentally test and develop a model and experimental method of formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors in professional training. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors in professional training. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of scientific research is that for the first time the essence of the phenomenon of "information and communicative competence" its component structure (motivational, cognitive, activity, personal components) is determined; defined, identified criteria (instructional, cognitive, behavioral and emotional-volitional) with the relevant indicators; levels (sufficient, satisfactory, low) of the specified competence are characterized; scientifically substantiated pedagogical conditions (formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors: integration of knowledge of humanities and professional disciplines on information and communicative interaction of future family doctors; saturation of educational process with interactive teaching methods aimed at mastering information and communicative skills; communication of future family doctors in extracurricular activities); a model of formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors in professional training has been developed. The theory and methods of professional training of future doctors in institutions of higher medical education were further developed. The practical significance of the research results is that the diagnostic and experimental methods of formation of information and communicative competence of future family doctors, elective discipline "Fundamentals of information and communicative competence of future family doctors", the program of the circle "Medical Press Center" are developed and tested. The content and results of scientific research can be used by teachers of medical free economic zones of Ukraine in the process of developing training courses and manuals; writing term papers and qualification (master's) theses.
