In the dissertation for the first time the method of distance learning of microbiology, virology and immunology of future masters of pharmacy is developed, scientifically substantiated, experimentally checked and introduced.The purpose of which is: formation of the MVI-competence - a dynamic combination of knowledge, skills and practical skills in microbiology, virology and immunology, professional and personal qualities, moral and ethical values, which determines the ability of future masters of pharmacy to successfully carry out professional and further educational activities training in the IHE.The process of modeling the methodology of distance learning of microbiology, virology and immunology of future masters of pharmacy included:a) identification of contradictions in the teaching of microbiology, virology and immunology of future masters of pharmacy; statement of the problem of formation of the MVI-competence of masters of pharmacy; b) B) creating a problematic professional situation by developing practical tasks aimed at forming the MVI-competence of masters of pharmacy; highlighting the knowledge and skills needed for masters of pharmacy to solve practical problems, etc .; c) substantiation and verification of the consequences arising from the author's hypothesis; verification of the obtained results of solving the problem. The stage of formation of the MVI-competence is due to the specifics of professional and personal development of students and is provided by a set of consistent organizational and pedagogical conditions, interrelated content, forms, methods, techniques and tools that provide training in future higher education institutions for masters of pharmacy
