The content and functional components of corporate culture at industrial enterprises are investigated, the concept of management technologies is defined and the theoretical and methodical bases of influence of corporate culture on the choice of management technologies at the specified enterprises are characterized. The methods of evaluation of the state of corporate culture at enterprises and prerequisites for the use of such evaluation in the management of the enterprise's activities are substantiated. Taking into account the views of Ukrainian and foreign scholars regarding the definition and approaches to the interpretation of the content of corporate culture, the definition of the corporate culture concept has been improved. Taking into account that elements of corporate culture are important in the activities of each enterprise in various forms and methods of influencing it, the classification of corporate culture of the enterprise is improved. Approaches to the definition of "management technology" have been considered and the positioning of management technologies in the selected four levels of corporate culture formation has been performed. In order to diversify modern management technologies that dwell upon the elements of the enterprise's corporate culture, the classification of management technologies have been improved. The latter are grouped depending on the interests of employees and enterprises, are based on their needs and determine the values of both an employee, team and the entire enterprise, which are the basis of employee's philosophy, a pointer used in decision making and tasks' execution for personnel, their development and career growth. Based on diagnostics of the environment of corporate culture formation at the enterprise, particularly such system-forming criteria of industrial development as dynamics of industrial production, innovative activity of industrial enterprises, dynamics of labor productivity, labor protection and safety conditions at the enterprise, presence of corporate values, reputation and image of enterprises, the factors influencing the formation of elements of corporate culture have been generalized.The methodical approach to the assessment of industrial enterprises' corporate culture has been improved. The proposed methodology is formed on the allocation of four levels of corporate culture assessment, on the basis of which the survey criteria are determined and the individual and collective levels of corporate culture formation at the enterprise are generalized. The thesis proposes to consider the process of choosing management technologies with focus on the peculiarities of the formation and development of corporate culture at different stages of the enterprise's life cycle. Based on the proposed conceptual model of corporate culture, a model of the corporate culture influence on the choice of management technologies at industrial enterprises is built. The thesis proposes a map of decisions on the choice of management technologies, the construction of which is based on the application of methods for determining the harmonization continuum of individual and collective interests of enterprise personnel and the use of calculations based on the industrial enterprises personnel survey.
