Essay

The dissertation presents the results of the study of the process of formation professional skills of future choreographers in the process of teaching special disciplines. The paper offers an interpretation of the content of the concepts "professional training", "professional skill", and "competence". Based on the theoretical analysis of the definitions of the concepts presented in the work, it is proved that the definition of a single key concept "professional skills of future choreographers" in the artistic and pedagogical conceptual framework does not exist. The paper presents the developed component structure of professional skills of future choreographers in the process of teaching choreographic disciplines, namely, it was determined that in the formation of professional skills it is advisable to identify several main stages associated with creative, anatomical, behavioral, cognitive, reflective components. It is proved that the professional skill of future choreographers, which is represented by a set of components, is an expression of a new qualitative level of professional activity of a choreographer, his readiness to work in a modern sociocultural sphere, which provides a comfortable state of personality in professional society. promotion in the conditions of social and professional development, where all previous accumulated work experience provides a solid foundation for further professional growth. During the research the author developed a platform for determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional skills of future choreographers in the teaching of special disciplines, namely: ensuring the development of students' motivation to master professional skills based on their acceptance of values of choreographic education at the initial stage of training; actualization of the value attitude of future choreographers to mastering professional skills; implementation of a personality-oriented approach in the process of forming the professional skills of future choreographers in the process of teaching special disciplines. This study presents a schematic model developed by the author of this process, which includes: setting the purpose of the study; pedagogical principles; components of ethnocultural competence (motivational, cognitive, activity); stages of formation of the specified phenomenon (theoretical-analytical, educational-organizational, final-effective); criteria and levels of its formation; pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional skills of future choreographers; effective forms, methods and means of the specified process. The experimental basis for the formation of professional skills of future choreographers in the process of teaching special disciplines is based on the results of the ascertaining, forming and control stages of the experiment. The formative experiment, calculation of its results allowed to confirm expediency and efficiency of a technique of formation of professional skill of future choreographers in the course of training of special disciplines.
