Anokhin Y. Modernization of sports and mass work in higher military educational institutions for the formation of cadets’ value attitude to physical improvement.

The object – sports and mass work of cadets of higher educational institutions; the goal – to modernize the course and structure of sports and mass activity in higher military educational institutions in order to enhance cadets' values towards fitness improvement.; the methods – theoretical (analysis and generalization of literary sources), sociological (questionnaires), pedagogical methods (testing, experiment), methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty - is substantiated the program of sports and mass work for the cadets’ value attitude formation to physical improvement; the information about the insufficient level of motivational and value attitude of cadets to their own physical improvement at the beginning of their studies at higher military education institutions, and a lack of conditions for its improvement while studying; the information about the interconnection between the effectiveness of the formation of the value attitude of cadets to physical training and sports and the “teacher-cadet” relationship was supplemented; the idea of the sports and mass work system in educational institutions of the armed forces of the leading countries of the North Atlantic Alliance and its role in military training got further developed; the results are the development and implementation in the educational process of higher military educational institutions of the author's program of sports and mass activity aimed at development in cadets a value to fitness improvement; the results of the research were applied during the organization of sports and mass activity and introduced into the process of physical training of the Hetman Petro Sagaidachnyi National Army Academy (Lviv) and the Military Institute of Tank Troops of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kharkiv) as well as in the 169th training center, the confirmation is proved by the acts of implementation; field - physical education and sports; specialization − physical education and sport.
