Nebozhuk O. Improvement of physical training for cadets in non-commissioned officer colleges.

The object – physical training of cadets in higher military educational institutions; the goal – to improve the content of physical training for cadets in non-commissioned officer colleges, considering the military ranks; the methods – theoretical (analysis and overview of literature sources), pedagogical (observation, testing, experiment) and methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty – for the first time the program of physical training for cadets in non-commissioned officer colleges has been substantiated and experimentally tested; the data on organization and realization of various physical training for cadets of higher military educational institutions has been enhanced; the information on the structure and organization of physical training in the armed forces of the North Atlantic Alliance has been expanded; the comprehension of general and special physical qualities of cadets required be formed during physical training in order to improve their functional state has been further developed; the results – implementation of the developed program of physical training for cadets in non-commissioned officer colleges considering the military ranks into the educational process of higher military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; materials of the thesis research are applied in physical training programs for non-commissioned officer colleges and training centres of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; specialization – physical education and sport.
