Laichuk A. Preparation of future coaches-teachers for the development of moral and volitional qualities of students of children's and youth sports schools.

In the dissertation the scientific substantiation, development and practical solution of a problem of preparation of future coaches-teachers for development of moral and volitional qualities of pupils of youth sports schools is carried out. The state of elaboration of the problem of training future coaches for the development of moral and volitional qualities of students, the place and tasks of children's and youth sports schools in the system of moral education of young athletes are determined. The structural components of the professional activity of future specialists are determined: gnostic, constructive, communicative, organizational, creative-research, coaching, axiological. Criteria for forming the readiness of future coaches-teachers for the development of moral and volitional qualities of students of children's and youth sports schools are determined: motivational, cognitive, practical, reflective. The levels of readiness of future coaches-teachers for the development of moral and volitional qualities of students of children's and youth sports schools are characterized: high, sufficient and low. Pedagogical conditions for the training of future coaches-teachers for the development of moral and volitional qualities of students of children's and youth sports schools have been developed: 1) transformation of the content of training of future specialists in higher education institutions; 2) providing positive motivation for the professional activities of future trainers-teachers; 3) the use of active learning methods in the training process.
