Magarramli E. Administrative and Legal Principles of Providing Legal Aid in Ukraine

The dissertation research provides theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem – to determine the essence and specific features of administrative and legal principles for providing legal aid in Ukraine. The author has offered to understand legal aid like a mean of ensuring the realization of human and civil rights and freedoms as the system of economic, legal, organizational measures on providing legal services aimed at ensuring the compliance with legal obligations and realization of human and civil rights and freedoms, protection of these rights and freedoms, their restoration in case of violation guaranteed by the state and fully or partially provided at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine, local budgets and other sources.
