Kolishchuk H. Strategy of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine in terms of participation in the processes of European economic integration

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of necessity of construction of the economy of Ukraine on the innovative bases. The main tendencies of the innovative development of the economy of Ukraine are investigated and its essence is determined. The components that affect the condition of this process are analyzed. The theoretical bases of construction of the structure of innovation cycles, their intermediate components and possibilities of practical application of research results for the maintenance of accelerated development of Ukraine’s economy are studied. The influence of intensification of relations with the European Union on innovation activity is analyzed. Based on the research results, the possibilities of accelerating innovation processes are identified and the author's vision of ways to improve the strategy of innovative development of Ukraine's economy is suggested. Theoretical views of researchers regarding the classification of innovations on various grounds are systematized. Interpretation of the terms "innovation" and "classification of innovations" in accordance with the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development "Oslo Guide" is unified. Such unification will allow adapting the indicators of innovative development of Ukraine's economy to international standards and gradually converging national economies. It is established that for the implementation of innovative projects it is necessary to understand the sequence of stages of the innovation life cycle. Therefore, each stage of the life cycle, its sequential - logical influence on the formation of the structure and cyclical nature of the innovation process is analyzed. Based on the research conducted in the work, the author suggests supplementing the stages of the life cycle of innovation, highlighting the "stage of continued use". The essence of the definition of "innovative development" is highlighted and the components that influence its dynamics are revealed. It is proved that to ensure its effectiveness, it is necessary to determine the best option for the strategy of innovative economic development. Such a strategy should take into account all the factors that shape the necessary economic environment, establish directions and prerequisites for the effective development of innovation, outline the most optimal ways and mechanisms for implementing innovation programs. According to the research, the author provides personal interpretation of the concept of "strategy of innovative development of the state", namely: this is a plan of actions for the development of the national economy, based on the creation and implementation of scientific and technological progress to create competitive advantages. The major objective of the plan is to satisfy the needs of the society and to increase its life quality.
