Object: mechanics of formulating economically founded adaptive management system of material and technical support of industrial enterprises. Aim: justification of the development of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations to create the up-to-date mechanics and tools in the management of material and technical supply of industrial enterprises. Improved: a methodical approach to implement an adaptive model of management of material and technical supply of industrial enterprises, that includes replacing the actual level of observation with a part of expectations, in order to forecast adaptive parameters; a model of business processes for the purchasing of goods and materials, which includes calculation in a goods need, the reconciliation of the quality of supply, analysis of performance discipline for the repair requests, that will higher the quality of supplies and efficiency of enterprise; an adaptive factor model for the norming of replaceable equipment, it gets into account the terms of depreciation of equipment and allowing automatically track the equipment work, advancing the effectiveness of the reorganization of replaceable equipment; a methodical approach of selection of a potential supplier with a help of the producer passports and goods, which allows to reduce costs for purchasing goods and materials, to ensure the uninterrupted supply of necessary materials; methodical approach to the analysis of the efficiency of material and technical supply of enterprises on the basis of statistical and economic methods, which is based on indicators of profitability, rates of elasticity and income from operational changes. Gets a further development: a scientific and practical approach to the classification of forecasting methods in economics, that shows the role of adaptive methods in forecasts; a conceptual approach for implementation of an adaptive management system of material and technical supply of industrial enterprises based on Lean tools and modern standards of management, which could be implemented in the activities of enterprises of any size; scientific and practical approach to systematization of enterprise management standards based on methodologies of structural modeling of industrial systems, based on their adaptive properties.
