Security is a necessary and most important condition for the existence of objects of both animate and inanimate nature, so security issues have troubled mankind since time immemorial. Having passed certain stages of genesis during the twentieth century, the category of security has acquired a variety of forms, manifestations, species and, finally, transformed into the realm of economic security, scientific research which is one of the most popular in today's conditions. The vertical of such research permeates all levels - from global to individual. An important place in this vertical belongs to the economic security of the enterprise, the popularity of which has been growing recently.
A study of the economic security of the enterprise, under which the author considers as a function (process) and the result of the reaction of the enterprise to external and internal factors of destabilization of its economic activity, as well as its impact on the external environment. and certification of basic production processes and quality of products.
The establishment and active development of the relevant scientific schools can be connected with the solution of some issues concerning the functional components of the economic security of the enterprise, counteraction to threats, creation of the resources necessary for the implementation of such confrontation and coordination of interests.The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and applied substantiation, scientific assessment of effective methods of economic security management of enterprises and determination of the main directions of increasing the level of economic security for enterprises of the bakery industry.
The study was based on large, medium and small bakery enterprises of Vinnytsia and other regions of Ukraine, in particular: LLC «Prod-Mova», PJSC Concern «Khlibprom», PJSC «Kozyatynkhlib», LLC «Bakery № 1».
At the current changing stage of economic development of Ukraine, the practice of economic activity with the introduction of measures to strengthen the economic security of the enterprise, regardless of the size and form of its ownership, on a comprehensive systemic basis using modern methodological approaches and mechanisms. The formation and functioning of the system of economic security of the bakery industry is the basis for its reliable and continuous operation on the basis of sustainability and economic growth. According to domestic and foreign experience, situational measures and actions that are responses to threats that arise during the normal operation of bakery enterprises can not fully ensure the economic security of the enterprise and are often ineffective and outdated.
At present, the accumulated theoretical achievements in security science are not enough, because in reality the economic security of the enterprise is a rather complex specific object of management.
With deep respect for the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, it must be recognized that the issues of management in the system of economic security of the enterprise are almost not studied in economics, management or security.
Unfortunately, none of these sciences is able to solve such issues on its own. Therefore, the emergence of new scientific knowledge related to the formation of an interdisciplinary system paradigm of economic security management of the enterprise should occur at the intersection of different branches of science, forming a holistic view of the patterns and existing links of management processes in the economic security system of the enterprise. objective and subjective limitations.
Thus, the theoretical basis of management in the system of economic security of the enterprise should expand the horizons of security, deepen its methodological principles and become a scientific and practical basis for managing the economic security of domestic enterprises. The urgency of forming scientific provisions for managing the economic security of the enterprise on the basis of interdisciplinary systemicity determined the choice of the topic of work, determined the purpose, objectives and structural and logical composition of the study.
This issue has led to the relevance of the topic, contributed to the formation of the scope of research on the development of an effective system of economic security management of enterprises, as well as finding ways to improve the level of economic security of the bakery industry.
