Essay

The dissertation research reveals the characteristic features and peculiarities of the artistic design of the interiors of a representative group of premises in public buildings in Lviv in the second half of the XIX century. The history of formation and the main characteristics according to art criticism criteria, aspects are covered, the current state of preservation and value of the artistic structure are established. As a result, the principles and provisions of their preservation, conservation, restoration and revaluation are formed. Prospects for further research have been identified and practical tools for conducting measures for conservation, restoration and reconstruction of the artistic arrangement of representative premises of public buildings and its elements have been developed.
