Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of teaching students the basics of primary technical modeling in institutions of extracurricular education. The paper analyzes the advanced native and foreign experience of extracurricular education institutions; features of the content and organization of the educational environment of the institution of scientific and technical direction, which is characterized by the favorable educational influences on the formation of personal competencies of students of technical modeling groups. It is determined that cognitive, practical, creative and social competencies acquired by students in extracurricular education complement the process of forming key competencies in the field of natural sciences, engineering and technology. The model of a technique of training of students to technical modeling in groups of the corresponding profile in unity of theoretical-methodological, semantic-procedural and diagnostic-estimating components is scientifically substantiated and experimentally checked in the dissertation. Criteria and indicators are outlined, on the basis of which the levels of competence formation of students of groups are determined. Educational programs "primary technical modeling", an educational set of methodological materials on the organization of work of primary technical modeling groups, a reference book of the head of the group of an institution of extracurricular education have been developed and implemented in the educational process of institutions of extracurricular education.
