Xu Minyi M. Formation of artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training

The dissertation is a comprehensive study, within which the methodology of forming artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training is theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified.The phenomenology and essence of artistic-communicative skills in scientific-pedagogical theory are revealed.Based on the analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific information, a range of related categories of the phenomenon of “artisticcommunicative skills”, such as “communication”, “artistic communication”, “artistic-pedagogical activity” are considered.The approaches to considering the phenomenon of communication and artistic communication (philosophical, activity, dialogic) are singled out. A component structure of the formation of artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training has been developed, which includes the following components: 1) motivational-organizational; 2) cognitive-sensory; 3) activity-creative; 4) reflective-evaluative. An organizational-methodological model is proposed, which consist of the following blocks: target, theoretical-methodological, procedural and resultoriented.The methodological provision for the formation of artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training included four pedagogical conditions (1) ensuring development of purposeful motivation of the future musical art teacher to perform artistic-communicative activities; 2) creation of an artistic-communicative educational environment in a higher education institution in the process of piano training; 3) establishment of dialogic interaction in the process of joint creativity of a teacher and a student; 4) introduction to the process of piano training of creative technologies of artistic-communicative skills formation), appropriate forms and methods.The criterion apparatus for diagnosing the formation of artisticcommunicative skills of the future musical art teacher is defined.The use of methods for diagnosing the level of formation of artisticcommunicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training (creative (high), constructive (medium), reproductive (low)), during the ascertaining experiment allowed to find out and compare the existing level of formation of artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher of the experimental and control groups, which showed relative homogeneity in the results of both groups. The developed methodology was introduced during the molding experiment, which took place in three stages: motivational, implementation, creativeresultative, to which the appropriate content was selected, consisting of pedagogical conditions, groups of methods, forms, which ensured the formation of artistic-communicative skills of the future musical art teacher in the process of piano training.
