Essay

The dissertation has theoretically developed and experimentally tested the effectiveness of the program "Karate – train together" for extracurricular education in physical education and sports, which is created on the basis of the World Karate Federation (WKF) training program for children and youth sports schools (2014). The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the educational and training process of athletes with disabilities in karate, based on the introduction of an inclusive approach, the purpose of which is the social integration of people with disabilities into society and the humanization of the sports environment.
