Theoretical bases, offers to law-making and law-enforcement activity, concerning realization of procedural powers of the lawyer at realization of the international cooperation during criminal proceedings are formed in the dissertation. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the state of scientific research, the methodology of procedural powers research for the implementation of international cooperation during criminal roceedings; the normative-legal regulation of the procedural powers of a lawyer in the implementation of international cooperation during criminal proceedings is revealed.
