The thesis for a PhD degree by the specialty 081 «Jurisprudence». – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation is focused on developing propositions and recommendations for improving administrative and legal coverage for the realization of the right to a safe environment for life and health by private individuals. The author of the dissertation has carried out historical analysis of the formation and development of private individuals’ right to a safe environment for life and health. The concept and content of the right of private individuals to a safe environment for life and health have been defined. The legal principles of the realization of the right to a safe environment for life and health by private individuals have been studied. The system of subjects and the object of administrative and legal coverage for the realization of the right to a safe environment for life and health by private individuals has been clarified. The tools of administrative and legal coverage for the realization of the right to a safe environment for life and health by private individuals have been determined. Public participation as an element of the mechanism of administrative and legal coverage for the realization of the right to a safe environment for life and health by private individuals has been studied.
