The academic work deals with the study and improvement of professional level, professional competence in the theory and practice of training the future music teachers to organize cultural and educational activities in out-of-school education institutions, where only the specialist who combines the personal qualities of music tutor, facilitator, educator and spiritual mentor can manage the creative process. Incidentally, higher educational institutions face the important task of training professionals capable of creative activity according to modern education development.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the following:
- For the first time the pedagogical readiness training conditions for future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions have been defined, underpinned and experimentally tested. They include: 1) increase the motivation of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions; 2) introduction of the author's special course "Fundamentals of cultural and educational work of future music teachers in out-of-school education institutions"; 3) opportunities actualization for cooperation between higher educational institutions and cultural and education institutions in the way of the involvement of students in the development and implementation of cultural and educational events;
- the readiness criteria, markers and levels of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions have been developed. Among them there are personal, cognitive, motivational, and procedural.
The levels of readiness of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions have been determined. They are the elementary, the sufficient, and the high.
A model of training the readiness of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions has been developed. The model presupposes the combination of the methodological-objective, the content-technological and the result-evaluating blocks.
The category of readiness of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions as expansion of students' individual creative possibilities by means of educational, extracurricular, self-educational activity in an art-pedagogical context has been specified. The essential characteristics of the readiness training process of future music teachers for cultural and educational work in out-of-school education institutions (artistic-professional, music-pedagogical and organizational-managerial orientation, innovation orientation, equality, complexity, cross-culturality, contextuality, self-regulation, and continuity) have been revealed;
