The subject of research - the psychological characteristics of sexual well-being as a factor in the success of the individual in business. Research methods. To achieve the goal of research and implementation of the tasks used the following research methods: a) theoretical - analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization of theoretical concepts and provisions on human sexuality, sexual well-being and success of the individual in business; b) empirical - observations, conversations, surveys; c) statistical methods of data processing - methods of variation statistics; methods for testing hypotheses about the equality of mean values; factor analysis to minimize quantitative variables and concentration of information in the form of a small data set; cluster analysis to identify hierarchical clustering by intergroup relationships. Scientific novelty of the research: for the first time - on the basis of a complex theoretical and empirical research the problems of studying the phenomenon of sexual well-being in the context of the success of professional activity of modern domestic businessmen are conceptualized; the concept and the theoretical model of sexual well-being as a factor of success of the person in business are offered; developed a questionnaire "Sexual well-being in the context of personal success in business" (author's version); It has been proven that sexual fulfillment, sexual arousal, increased libidinality, sexual satisfaction and masculinity are key criteria of sexual well-being correlated with the career growth of managers and their professional success; the specifics of sexual well-being and its conditionality by factors of self-actualization, locus of control and empathy of businessmen depending on the level of management hierarchy are revealed; models of prediction and effect of sexual well-being in the context of success in business of managers are established; It has been proven that sexual well-being in the context of business success of managers with the acquisition of career status is determined by a variety of factors; the interdependence of factors of sexual and professional well-being of the person is stated; - deepened and expanded scientific ideas about the essential features of sexual well-being as a factor in the success of the individual in business; the content of 20 conceptual concepts that reveal the problem of sexual well-being as a factor of personal success in business: "sexual", "sex", "sexuality", "love", "psychological aspect of human sexuality", "sexual well-being", "business" -activity "," businessman "," entrepreneur as a stage state of a person in business "," manager of a business organization "," investor "," business leader "," business hierarchy "," leader "," successful business leader " , "Success", "core of success", "business success", "personal business success", "positive impact of sexual well-being on a person's business success"; - further developed a system of knowledge about the nature, content, features of sexual well-being in the context of personal success in business. The practical significance of the work is that its results can be recommended for use by businessmen, managers, organizational psychologists to improve the effectiveness of psychological counseling, coaching, professional training of businessmen and can form the basis for developing a procedure for studying psychological features: 1) cognitive, emotional, communicative features of sexual well-being of businessmen, which contribute to the harmonization of their sexual relations and the development of personal resources (energy, emotional, motivational, stress-resistant, leadership); 2) business identity, professional maturity, personal growth, which are important components of psychodiagnostics and forecasting the personal success of businessmen. The theoretical and empirical data obtained during the study should be used to develop targeted programs for professional selection, adaptation and psychological support of personal growth of businessmen, managers working in business organizations. Theoretical and practical results of the study can be used in the educational process of higher education institutions and centers of advanced training of leaders in teaching such disciplines as "Current Psychology of Management", "Psychology of Sexuality", "Psychological Counseling", "Personal Capacity Development in Business", " Psychology of personal success in business ".
